Based on SLED 11 SP4 32-bit x86

I have been accepted into 2 universities. Which one to choose?
Right now I have bachelor degree in math and master degree in math. I decided to go for a second degree in either computer science or electrical engineering One university accepted me for bachelor degree in Electrical engineering. The other university accepted me for master degree in computer science. Both universities are accredited but not famous or well known. They are not in top 100. But they have ABET accreditation. Which one suits me better? For BSEE there is no thesis and C grade is allowed also. But for MS in CS nothing less than B allowed and thesis is also there. I would require 40 credits for bsee and 33 for MS in CS. So it’s nearly same amount of time and money needed
